Purchase Executive

Immediate requirement for Purchase Department for Interior company @ Kengeri Bangalore

Salary – 20000/- PM to 30000/-PM Accountabilities

Strong team player with ability to work effectively on wooden furniture’s/ civil & Interiors business

Review purchase request and perform necessary steps to complete PR to PO cycle within the stipulated time.

Collaborate with procurement team to support on spot-buying and any other purchasing-related activities

Able to handle queries from supplier & business in the course of spot-buying

Create & Manage web forms, catalogues and punch-outs in Coupa & drive to improve buying channels

Builds, maintain and extend a sustainable relationship within Procurement, Suppliers & Users

Review, analyze and interpret data related to purchasing

Provide meaningful data based on Coupa PO released and support category procurement on insights from it

Actively involve in participating & conducting trainings on process, updates & compliance

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Qualifications

University graduate, BCom, BBA, BBM

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management

Finance will be preferred

Experience & Skills

2-3years experience in Source to Pay required, preferably in Sourcing & Procurement

Customer orientation and problem-solving skills

Collaborative approach

Proven analytical capabilities

Excellent communication skills

Familiar with e-sourcing tools & methods, especially Coupa, is preferred

Category management Understanding is preferred

Preference will go to those who are worked with Wooden furniture’s/ Civil and Interiors business
