Job Description
The real estate sales manager oversees the daily operations of the sales team, mentors agents, and builds strategic sales plans to maximize profit and market share. This role bridges the gap between executive leadership and field agents to ensure smooth deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and motivate real estate agents and relationship managers.
- Sales Strategy: Establish sales quotas, forecast revenue, and roll out targeted sales programs.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team metrics, conducting regular coaching sessions to boost conversion rates.
- Client & Deal Support: Assist high-value clients, handle complex negotiations, and oversee site visits or final deal closures.
Market Analysis: Track local property trends, competitor actions, and pricing shifts to adjust selling strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of direct property sales experience plus 2 to 3 years in a leadership or management role (often 5–10 years total in residential or commercial real estate).
