Job Description
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are achieved.
Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, and customer follow-ups.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Guide the team throughout the sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, Legal, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities.
Resolve customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and documentation standards.
Participate in marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members whenever required.
