Job Description

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company goals, set sales quotas, and manage operational budgets.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate local sales teams or area managers.

Target Achievement: Monitor performance metrics and run forecasting reports to ensure revenue targets are met.
