Job DescriptionWe are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Managers for the Banca Channel. The candidate will be responsible for driving insurance business through bank branches, building strong relationships with bank staff, and achieving assigned sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and managers.
• Generate insurance business through the bank's existing customer base.
• Promote and sell life insurance products to eligible bank customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Conduct customer meetings, explain insurance products, and support policy issuance.
• Coordinate with bank staff to generate leads and improve business conversion.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Provide quality customer service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in insurance sales, banca sales, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Good communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered, if permitted by the employer.
• Salary & BenefitsFixed CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹4 LPA.
