Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive .

Key Responsibilities

· Accounting & Financial Management

o Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.

o Handle accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Rental & RERA Compliance

o Manage accounting for rental income, lease agreements, and tenant billing.

o Ensure compliance with RERA regulations including project registration, reporting, and disclosures.

o Coordinate with auditors and legal teams for RERA-related filings.

· Construction Business Accounting

o Track project costs, budgets, and revenue recognition for construction projects.

o Monitor contractor/vendor payments and ensure compliance with contractual terms.

o Apply correct GST treatment for construction activities, including works contracts and input tax credits.

· Statutory & Taxation

o Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory obligations.

o Stay updated on changes in tax laws applicable to builders and developers.

o Liaise with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

· Process Improvement & Reporting

o Implement internal controls and compliance checks.

o Generate MIS reports for management on financial performance, cash flow, and statutory compliance.

o Support ERP/accounting software implementation and optimization.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

· Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounts, preferably in construction, rental, or real estate sectors.

· Strong knowledge of RERA compliance and GST applicability for construction/builders.

· Proficiency in accounting software (Tally & ERP systems).

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Attributes

· Experience in handling statutory audits and tax assessments.

· Knowledge of project financing and cost control in construction.

· Strong attention to detail and regulatory compliance mindset.

· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical & project managers & Tenants).
