Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager with 6+ years of Experiences to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, controlling costs, and driving sales and profitability.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Supervise and manage front-of-house and kitchen staff.
• Prepare staff schedules, allocate duties, and monitor attendance and performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and consistent food quality.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and restaurant presentation.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and daily purchases.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and operational expenses.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and improve restaurant profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety regulations, and operational standards.
• Conduct staff training and support employee development.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
• Identify operational issues and take corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
• Requirements 6+ years of relevant experience in restaurant or F&B operations.
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
• Good leadership and team-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory, cost control, and cash management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage peak-hour operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant billing/POS systems is preferred.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
