Restaurant Supervisor

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Assign duties and prepare staff duty rosters.
• Train, guide, and monitor restaurant employees.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure food and beverages are served according to quality standards.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth and timely service.
• Check stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Monitor cash handling, billing, and closing procedures.
• Ensure staff follow company policies and restaurant SOPs.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate operational issues to management.
• COMMUNICATION SKILLS The candidate should be able to speak Hindi and Good English.
•  The candidate should be able to represent his menu & Services to Customers.
