*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, manage customer orders, and coordinate between production, sales, and dispatch to ensure smooth business operations.

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

*1. Sales Support & Coordination*

- Coordinate between sales team, customers, production, and dispatch teams

- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders

- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and convert them to orders

- Maintain customer database and sales records

*2. Order Management*

- Process sales orders from receipt to dispatch

- Track order status and ensure timely delivery

- Coordinate with stores and logistics for material availability and shipment

- Handle documentation - PO, Invoice, E-way bill, Warranty cards

*3. Customer Communication*

- Handle customer calls, emails, and queries professionally

- Provide product information, pricing, and delivery schedules

- Resolve customer complaints in coordination with service team

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

*4. Reporting & Documentation*

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

- Maintain MIS reports, pending orders list, and payment follow-up sheet

- Coordinate with accounts team for payment collection and outstanding follow-up

- Assist in tender documentation and GEM portal activities

*5. Marketing & Other Support*

- Support in exhibitions, product demos, and marketing activities

- Coordinate with service team for installation and training schedules

- Maintain product stock list and price list
