Sales Executive

Greet and guide walk-in customers at our showroom, understand what they need for their home or office interiors, recommend Godrej Interio furniture and design solutions, close sales, and follow up with customers after their purchase. You'll also log every walk-in and enquiry the same day, make daily cold calls to leads we give you, and send professional follow-up emails/quotes to customers — this is a big part of the job, not a side task.

Who we're looking for:

• 0–3 years of sales experience (retail, furniture, real estate, or similar customer-facing sales welcome)
• Good communication in Kannada/Hindi/English
• Comfortable talking to customers face-to-face and on phone — including making outbound/cold calls daily
• Must be comfortable using a business email and basic Excel/Google Sheets — you'll log customer enquiries, send quotes, and update a simple tracker every day.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply — but freshers must still be comfortable with email and basic computer use

What you get:

• Fixed salary ₹22,000–₹23,000/month (based on experience) + up to ₹3,000/month incentive — paid for good attendance, following our systems (email/Excel/tracker), and sales conversions
• Training on Godrej Interio products, interior design basics, and our documentation/email tools
• Growth into senior sales / showroom lead roles
