Job Summary:
Company: WATT A Ride – Bicycle Shop
The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting bicycles and accessories, generating sales, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with bicycle and accessory purchases.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales negotiations.
- Maintain showroom display, product availability, and stock coordination.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate billing records.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with the service team for bicycle servicing and customer support.
- Maintaining and Handling Social Media Adds
