Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Set and track individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement sales incentive programs to boost team morale and performance.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Identify and target potential customers through various channels (e.g., online marketing, social media, events, referrals).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners (e.g., brokers, agents).
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct site visits and presentations to potential buyers.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis:Track key sales metrics and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • Team Management:Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members.
  • Ensure team compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
