Sales & Marketing Executive

Hoysala Sports is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to handle sales of sports equipment, gym equipment, trophies, awards, accessories, and related products. The candidate will be responsible for generating new customers, handling enquiries, making calls and field visits, following up with leads, preparing quotations, and closing sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, references, and field visits.
• Contact and follow up with potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, pricing, specifications, and benefits.
• Visit schools, colleges, sports academies, gyms, clubs, corporates, institutions, and other potential customers.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers within company guidelines.
• Follow up regularly on quotations and pending orders.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, quotations, and sales.
• Coordinate with the design, production, purchase, accounts, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order completion.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collect customer feedback and share market information with management.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products, and market activities.
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups for outstanding customer accounts.
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong convincing and selling ability.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to make sales calls and conduct field visits.
• Good follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-oriented and willing to travel for customer meetings.
• Knowledge of sports, fitness equipment, or trophies is an advantage.
• Qualification & ExperienceAny Bachelor's degree/diploma.
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also be considered.
• Experience in sports, fitness, gym equipment, trophies, institutional sales, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
