Plan and execute marketing strategies for Cutie Pie Clinic.

Manage digital marketing, social media, WhatsApp and online promotions.

Plan and coordinate Instagram, Facebook, Google and other promotional activities.

Create and coordinate posters, reels, videos, offers and treatment campaigns.

Promote clinic treatments, packages, offers and new services.

Generate new leads and enquiries through online and offline marketing.

Track leads and coordinate with the front office/CRO for follow-up and conversion.

Plan local marketing activities, camps, events and promotional programs.

Coordinate with salons, makeup artists, photographers, influencers, corporates and other referral partners.

Develop and maintain referral and collaboration opportunities.

Monitor competitor marketing activities, offers and promotions.

Coordinate with the design/content team for regular marketing materials.

Ensure all marketing content follows the clinic's branding and communication standards.

Monitor Google reviews, Instagram engagement, enquiries and campaign performance.

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports including leads, conversions, campaign performance and expenses.

Track marketing expenditure and ensure activities are within the approved budget.

Identify new opportunities to increase clinic visibility, enquiries and patient visits.

Coordinate marketing activities for both Mysore and Bangalore branches.

Support the team during promotional campaigns and special occasions.

Maintain a database of marketing contacts, leads, vendors and collaboration partners.
