We are seeking an experienced SAP Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to end-users, super users, and technical teams. The SAP Trainer will develop, coordinate, and deliver learning materials to ensure successful adoption of SAP systems across the organization. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SAP modules and excellent instructional delivery skills.

• Key Responsibilities:Deliver instructor-led SAP training (classroom or online) for one or more SAP modules such as:
• SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, ABAP, Basis, SuccessFactors, etc.
• Prepare training materials, course content, presentations, lab exercises, and assessments.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with current SAP standards and certification guidelines.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, mock interviews, and practice exams.
• Guide students on real-time projects and practical case studies.
• Provide support and mentorship to learners throughout their course duration.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP trends, tools, and technologies.
• Assist in developing new course content or updating existing modules when needed.
• Coordinate with academic and placement teams to support student success and job readiness.
