Security Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of outsourced security guards deployed at the facility.
• Conduct daily morning briefings and allocate duties to security personnel.
• Ensure proper implementation of company security policies, procedures, and site regulations.
• Verify attendance, shift deployment, and manpower availability of outsourced security personnel.
• Coordinate regularly with security agency representatives regarding manpower, absenteeism, performance concerns, training requirements, and disciplinary issues.
• Train, guide, and mentor security personnel on company requirements, security procedures, and emergency response protocols.
• Monitor the performance, discipline, appearance, and conduct of outsourced security staff.
• Ensure proper access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles entering the premises.
• Support emergency response activities and coordinate with relevant departments during incidents.
• Recommend improvements to security processes and controls to enhance site security effectiveness.
