Job Description
Monitor daily activities across Sales, Tour Operations, Visa, Ticketing and Customer Service.
Review sales revenue, bookings, conversions and business targets.
Manage team leaders and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Handle major customer complaints and escalations.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs and other travel partners.
