Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive to manage and improve the company’s organic search performance, website rankings, and overall online visibility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, keyword research, and SEO analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Handle On-Page SEO, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, URL structure, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Manage Off-Page SEO, including link building, outreach, directory submissions, and backlink development.
- Identify and resolve basic Technical SEO issues affecting website performance and crawling.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and overall SEO performance.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
- Conduct regular website SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Create and maintain SEO reports with key performance metrics.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Good understanding of keyword research and search intent.
- Experience with Google Analytics & Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of HTML basics and website structure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
