Service Manager

1. Ensure availability at the workshop by 11:40 AM sharp during Monday to Thursday. Friday, Saturday & Sunday at 11:00 AM sharp.
2. Conduct and ensure morning meeting starts by 12:00 PM.
3. Ensure cleaning and arrangements are completed before Pitstop opening and maintained during working hours.
4. Verify workshop inventory availability on a daily basis.
5. Ensure Supervisor-level meeting starts by 11:45 AM.
6. Distribute labour work to technicians on a rotation basis.
7. Analyse and discuss individual technician targets during morning meetings, highlighting those not meeting performance levels.
8. Ensure thorough QC checks to avoid reworks.
9. In case of reworks, verify, close, and ensure issues are not repeated.
10. Prepare and post the next day’s manpower plan (week off & shifts) in the Pitstop group before store closure.
11. Ensure product availability for each job card at Pitstop.
12. Monitor Pitstop security activities closely.
13. Ensure all protective procedures are executed properly during work.
14. In case of leave, handover checklist tasks to Supervisor without fail.
15. Ensure dismantled stock products are handed over to customers properly. If not, maintain data in the system and store physically for future reference.
