Site Supervisor (Finishing Work)

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day residential construction activities, coordinate workers and contractors, and ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily construction activities at the site.
• Coordinate and monitor workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor RCC, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
• Check material quality, quantities, dimensions, levels, and alignment.
• Plan daily work activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Architects, Vendors, and Project Coordinators.
• Maintain daily site records, work progress, material requirements, and manpower details.
• Identify site issues and report technical or execution-related problems to the concerned engineer.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
• Monitor labour productivity and contractor performance.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping at the site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of residential construction processes.
• Strong site supervision and manpower management skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials and execution methods.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Basic knowledge of measurements and site documentation.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple activities.

QualificationDiploma / ITI / Civil Engineering qualification preferred.

• PreferredResidential construction experience preferred.
• Bike and valid driving licence preferred.
• Kannada and English communication skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
