Social Media Cum Telesales Executive

About the Role: Moodforest is looking for a Health Program Counsellor / Telecalling Executive to speak with people who have expressed interest in improving their health through our SuperFasting program.

This is not a typical cold-calling or call-centre role. You will speak with interested people, understand their health goals and concerns, explain the program clearly, answer their questions and follow up with them through their decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Speak with prospective participants over phone and WhatsApp.
• Understand their health goals, concerns and expectations.
• Explain the SuperFasting program in a simple, clear and trustworthy manner.
• Answer questions about the program and residential experience.
• Follow up with interested prospects and help them take the next step.
• Maintain accurate records and update the calling system.
• Coordinate with the Moodforest team when additional information or support is required.
• Help Manage Social media posts

What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is confident, articulate, empathetic and genuinely good at conversations.

You should be comfortable speaking with people in the 38–55 age group, listening to their concerns and helping them understand whether the program may be suitable for them.

Experience in telecalling, inside sales, counselling, customer relationships, healthcare or wellness is an advantage.

Good communication, listening ability, integrity and consistent follow-up matter more to us than aggressive sales skills.
