Staff Nurse

Job Summary: We are looking for a Homecare ANM/GNM/BSC certified Staff NURSE to provide high-quality nursing TREATMENT with care to patients at their homes/doorstep. The candidate will be responsible for delivering clinical treatment/procedure services, assisting doctors, and ensuring patient comfort and safety as part of our doorstep healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide nursing treatment to patients at home/doorstep as

per doctor’s instructions

2. Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and

treatments as prescribed

3. Monitor patient’s vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature,

oxygen levels, etc.)

4. Assist doctors during home visits and medical procedures

5. Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound dressing, catheterization,

RT insertion/feeding, blood /lab sample collection etc

6. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment details in

portal

7. Educate patients and their families about care plans and

medications

8. Ensure hygiene and infection control protocols are

followed

9. Coordinate with internal teams (doctor, lab, pharmacy, ambulance)

for smooth service delivery

Skills & Competencies:

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills

2. Ability to work independently in a home care setting

3. Flexibility to travel for home visits as well travel

surrounding are in camps.

4 Knowledge of goggle maps and obile operating system.

Working Conditions:

Field-based role (home visits)

Flexible / rotational shifts (No Night shifts)

Additional Requirements:

Own vehicle preferred with driving license
