Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and provide a good in-store experience.
- Manage daily store activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Arrange and maintain products properly on shelves and display areas.
- Assist with stock checking, receiving, and maintaining inventory.
- Coordinate with store and warehouse teams as required.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well maintained.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Support billing and other store-related activities when required.
- Manage and coordinate with team members effectively.
- Follow company policies and store procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- 0–2 years of experience in retail/store operations preferred.
- Basic educational qualification.
- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Good people management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
