Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and staff
- Handle customer service and complaints
- Monitor sales, inventory & stock
- Ensure hygiene, quality & SOP compliance
- Manage staff attendance, shifts & performance
- Handle cash/POS and daily reporting
Requirements: Strong communication, team-handling and operational skills with QSR experience preferred.
