Tally Technical Support Executives

Job Description:

AmSan Technology, a 5-Star Tally Partner, is looking for an experienced Tally Technical Support Executive who has good knowledge of TallyPrime and can independently handle customer technical issues.

We prefer candidates who have previously worked with Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Greet Technologies Private Limited, or an authorised Tally partner.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to customers using TallyPrime.
• Understand customer problems and provide quick and proper solutions.
• Handle TallyPrime installation, activation, configuration and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot Tally errors, software issues and data-related problems.
• Resolve Tally licensing, connectivity, multi-user and network issues.
• Handle Tally data backup, restoration, migration and data repair issues.
• Support TallyPrime running on local systems, LAN networks and cloud servers.
• Assist customers with Tally features, GST-related configurations, reports and basic accounting queries.
• Provide support through phone calls, remote access and customer visits when required.
• Follow up on pending complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper records of customer complaints and solutions provided.

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Tally technical support is compulsory.
• Must have strong practical knowledge of TallyPrime and its features.
• Should know common Tally errors and how to troubleshoot them.
• Must be able to handle customer technical issues independently.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, remote desktop and cloud environments.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Should be patient, responsible, honest and willing to learn.
• Must have a problem-solving attitude and take ownership of customer complaints.
• Graduation preferred; strong technical experience will be given priority.
