Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the store/warehouse.

Lead and monitor the team to achieve daily targets and KPIs.

Allocate work and manage team rosters and shifts.

Monitor picking, packing, inbound, outbound, and dispatch operations.

Ensure orders are processed accurately and within the required SLA.

Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize stock damages and losses.

Train, guide, and motivate team members for better performance.

Track attendance, productivity, and employee performance.

Resolve operational issues and coordinate with other teams when required.

Ensure safety, hygiene, and company SOPs are followed.

Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with management.

Handle escalations and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills:

Good communication and team-management skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Warehouse / Dark Store operations is preferred.

Preferred Experience: Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart, Amazon or similar companies.
