Role Overview As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for converting interested customers into Lane users. You will engage with leads, understand their requirements, recommend suitable driving programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, achieving targets, and building a career in sales within a fast-growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

● Connect with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.

● Understand customer needs and recommend the right driving programs.

● Convert inbound leads into enrolled customers.

● Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

● Ensure accurate updates in CRM and sales trackers.  

What We're Looking For

● Minimum 1.5 - 2 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, or similar roles.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Fluent in English and Hindi (Kannada is an added advantage).

● Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.

● Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

● Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools.

● Ability to handle objections and build customer trust.
