Job Description
Roles & Responsibility
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments and pending EMIs.
- Inform customers about outstanding dues, payment deadlines, and repayment options.
- Follow up with customers who have missed EMI payments.
- Understand customer concerns and negotiate suitable repayment commitments within approved company guidelines.
- Send payment reminders and authorized payment links through approved communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, payment commitments, customer responses, and follow-up activities in the CRM or collection system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Coordinate with team leaders and collection managers regarding unresolved cases and customer escalations.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and follow company policies and applicable recovery regulations.
- Ensure professional, polite, and ethical communication with customers at all times.
