Telecaller – Collection / Customer Follow-up

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

PayPulse is looking for motivated Telecallers to join our collection and customer follow-up team. The Telecaller will communicate with customers over the phone regarding pending payments, understand customer situations, follow up on payment commitments and achieve assigned performance targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to assigned customers.
• Communicate professionally regarding pending EMI/payment obligations.
• Understand customer responses and payment situations.
• Follow up with customers for payment commitments.
• Maintain proper records of calls and customer responses.
• Update customer information in the required system/app.
• Follow up on promised payment dates.
• Escalate difficult or important cases to the Team Leader/Manager.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling/performance targets.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Follow PayPulse processes, customer-handling guidelines and compliance requirements.
• EARNING STRUCTURE

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/month

Performance Incentive: Up to ₹15,000/month

EARN UP TO ₹31,000/MONTH

Actual earnings depend on attendance and performance. ₹31,000 is the maximum earning potential and is not guaranteed monthly income.

ELIGIBILITY

Age: 18–30 years

Minimum 10th Pass

Freshers are welcome

Previous collection experience is not mandatory

Good communication skills

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

Hindi communication is required

English communication as required for the assigned process

Kannada or other local-language knowledge is an advantage

Comfortable working with targets

Basic smartphone/computer knowledge

Good listening and customer-handling ability

Reliable and disciplined

Regular attendance and punctuality required

Willingness to learn
