Role OverviewWe are looking for a confident and persistent Telecaller to support our B2B school-sales efforts. You will connect with school principals, directors, academic coordinators and administrators, introduce Wisenz.ai and schedule qualified product demonstrations for the sales team.

This role requires professional communication, disciplined follow-up and the ability to build interest without using aggressive sales tactics.

Key Responsibilities

• Call schools and introduce Wisenz.ai to relevant decision-makers.
• Identify and connect with principals, directors, trustees, academic heads and coordinators.
• Explain Wisenz.ai’s value proposition clearly and concisely.
• Understand each school’s current assessment and learning-support processes.
• Qualify prospects based on interest, requirements and decision timelines.
• Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up consistently after initial calls, demonstrations and school events.
• Support follow-ups for 30-day school pilots.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, responses and next steps.
• Update lead status regularly in the CRM or tracking sheet.
• Share prospect feedback and common objections with the founders.
• Meet weekly targets for calls, meaningful conversations and qualified demos.
