Job Description
1. Customer Follow-up: Contact customers for service reminders, appointments, vehicle service status, and delivery updates.
2. Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback after service and ensure complaints or concerns are properly recorded and communicated to the concerned team.
3. Service Appointment Management: Coordinate and schedule customer service appointments and ensure timely follow-ups.
4. Customer Complaint Handling: Address customer queries and complaints professionally and coordinate with the Service Advisor/Manager for resolution.
5. Customer Database Management: Maintain accurate customer records, service history, follow-up details, and update CRM regularly.
6. Customer Retention: Follow up with customers for periodic service, improve customer satisfaction, and support customer retention activities.
