Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers using pre-written scripts and product guidelines.
- Lead Conversion: Convert cold or warm leads into active sales or repeat purchases.
- Needs Assessment: Ask targeted questions to understand customer requirements and match them with suitable products or services.
- Pitch & Overcome Objections: Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly while handling customer doubts or complaints.
- Order Processing: Take, verify, and process customer orders accurately in the system.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and sales pipelines in the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
