About the Role Aayushplus Healthcare Services Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecalling Sales Executives to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining our healthcare membership plans and benefits, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining good customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
• Explain Aayushplus healthcare membership plans, benefits, packages, and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare plans.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with the team for documentation, payment, onboarding, and customer support.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Follow company sales processes and guidelines.
• Candidate ProfileGood communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Hindi/Tamil/Telugu knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, insurance, healthcare, banking, or financial services is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also be considered.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads.
• Basic computer knowledge.
