Job Description

  1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain banking and financial products.
  2. Promote personal loans and insurance, and other financial products.
  3. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
  4. Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
  5. Follow up regularly with interested customers to improve sales conversions.
  6. Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements accurately.
  7. Maintain daily calling reports, customer records, and follow-up details in CRM or Excel.
  8. Coordinate with banking sales teams for application processing and documentation.
  9. Achieve daily calling targets, lead generation targets, and monthly sales targets.
  10. Maintain professional customer relationships and follow company policies and applicable banking regulations.
