Job Title : International Telesales Executive

We are looking for confident and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our international sales team in Bangalore.

The role involves making outbound calls to international clients, understanding their requirements, presenting our products/services, following up with leads and converting qualified prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leads provided through the Company's CRM.
• Understand customer requirements and explain products/services clearly.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and call information in the CRM.
• Build professional relationships with clients.
• Follow BELLCON's sales process, scripts, SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve team and individual targets.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of telesales/telemarketing/sales experience preferred.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound international calls.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and closing skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated by incentives.
• Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Candidates who can speak Hindi, Malayalam or Tamil are preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional communication and sales ability may also be considered.

Working Days : Monday – Friday

Working Hours : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
