Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend Queries from Travel Agency ( B2B)
- Workout Competitive Quotations
- Follow up on Quotations offered
- Process Booking Request & update on the Status
- Prepare Confirmations / Travel Documents
- Update Invoices, Gently follow up & collect Payments
- Keep a Track of Files where Travel has commenced & be available for any urgent assistance 24/ 7, Whenever required by Agency / Traveller while on Tour
- Reporting & Closing of Files post completion of Sales / Travel.
- Self Evaluation of Performance & Productivity Report End of Day.
