Job Description

  • Prepare the daily guest telecalling details.
  • Call the Guest Leads on a daily basis, folloup and convert the lead to bussiness 
  • Follow up with potential customers and encourage them to finalize their bookings.
  • Prepare comprehensive tariff sheets for hotels and resorts.
  • Communicate with the hotel team via email and voice for booking and tariff details.
  • Processing of bookings
  • Managing itineraries
  • Handle cancellations or refunds as needed.
