Diploma/ BSC/ BE/MBA good technical knowledge about Electronic products.

Should have minimum 5 years of experience in UPS and such Industrial electronic product sales.

Should have enough technical knowledge to understand customer requirements, technical

terminology etc.

Fluency in Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu with pleasing communication skills.

Job Profile

Follow Up the prospectus shortlisted by the business development executive.

Respond to the queries/ enquiries (recieved over phone/mail), clarifying

techno- commercial details.

Instill confidence in the prospects by sharing technical information about the product, company

values etc.

Convert leads recived by phone / mail to prospects and orders.

Make cold calls with dealers and OEMs.

Guide the lead generation team for better data complitaion.

EndoEnd handling of mid size dealer business independently using the Sales Process Executive

for all the processing.

Organise to prepare compliances and deviations sheet , Prepare quotes and

detail technical specification, etc by Sales Process executive.

Politely affirmative, clarity in communication with good telephonic virtues.

●Ability to remember multiple committments/ pending tasks...

- Track, Remind, Report escalations as per the Process Execution Chart.

●Organise data for comparison/evaluation by mail / telephone

Sort the data, prepare report as per the template.

Documentation.

Create reports, draft minutes of discussions, prepare quotes, specifications etc as per the

format.

ISO documentation knowledge.
