Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
• Work on long-form videos, promotional videos, podcasts, and short-form content.
• Create visually appealing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Add subtitles, animations, transitions, sound effects, and background music.
• Perform colour correction, colour grading, and audio enhancement.
• Identify interesting and engaging highlights from podcast recordings and convert them into short-form videos.
• Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and content requirements.
• Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to understand video requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of edited videos.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, formats, and techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Hands-on working experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Audition for audio editing and enhancement.
• Experience editing YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, video pacing, and audience engagement.
• Good knowledge of subtitles, sound design, colour correction, colour grading, and transitions.
• Ability to identify engaging podcast highlights and create compelling short-form content.
• Good time management, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
