Job Summary

Malgudi Farms is looking for energetic, courteous, and service-oriented individuals to join our hospitality team as Service Staff / Waiters. The role involves delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests, maintaining service standards, and contributing to the warm and welcoming environment that Malgudi Farms is known for.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Guest ServiceGreet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus and explain daily specials or farm-fresh offerings.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
  • Handle basic guest complaints politely and escalate when required.
  • 2. Table & Dining Area ManagementSet up tables as per service standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave.
  • Ensure proper arrangement of cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
  • 3. Coordination & TeamworkCoordinate with kitchen staff for order accuracy and timely service.
  • Assist in buffet setups, group events, school trips, and corporate outings.
  • Support event services during large bookings and farm activities.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 10th / 12th pass.
  • Prior experience in restaurant, resort, or banquet service preferred.
  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English; local language preferred).
  • Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.
  • Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
  • Ability to work on weekends and holidays (peak hospitality days).
