Warehouse Executive

Job Description: Warehouse Executive (Dispatch & Inventory)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage dispatch operations and inventory coordination at the plant. The role involves ensuring accurate stock tracking, smooth dispatch processes, and effective coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate stock records
• Monitor production status, including completed and ongoing batches
• Track dispatched and ready-to-dispatch goods
• Prepare and maintain vehicle dispatch slips and related documentation
• Ensure timely updates of inventory sheets and reports
• Monitor and maintain cold chain compliance for products
• Coordinate vehicle loading for e-commerce and city dispatches
• Ensure timely stock availability and alignment for dispatch
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth stock movement to the distribution center
• Handle reconciliation of crates and ice boxes (inward and outward)
• Support other supply chain and dispatch-related activities as required

Requirements:

• Graduate preferred (open to Diploma/12th pass with relevant experience)
• 0–6 months of experience in warehouse, dispatch, or inventory management
• Basic knowledge of inventory tracking and documentation
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a plant/warehouse environment
