Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily warehouse activities. The role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing, inventory management, and dispatching products while maintaining accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and record incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
  • Perform inventory counting, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts.
  • Ensure accurate storage and proper labeling of products.
  • Maintain stock levels and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for timely shipments.
  • Process returns, replacements, and damaged goods.
  • Update inventory and order status in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
  • Assist in loading and unloading shipments.
  • Support warehouse audits and ensure documentation is accurate.
  • Work closely with procurement, customer support, and operations teams.
