Watchmaker

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Watchmaker / Swiss Watch Repair Technician with strong technical knowledge of watches, particularly Swiss-made mechanical and automatic watches.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in watch servicing, movement repair, troubleshooting, dismantling and reassembly, and should be capable of diagnosing and resolving mechanical and movement-related issues with high precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair mechanical and automatic watches.
• Dismantle and reassemble watch movements carefully and accurately.
• Service and maintain Swiss-made watch movements.
• Clean, lubricate and inspect movement components.
• Identify damaged, worn-out or defective movement components.
• Repair or replace components wherever required.
• Troubleshoot issues related to the movement, winding system, gear train, escapement and regulating system.
• Work on crown, stem, winding and date/day mechanisms.
• Perform movement regulation and accuracy adjustments.
• Check watch functionality after servicing and repair.
• Handle delicate watch components using appropriate professional tools.
• Maintain proper service records and document repair/service work.
• Ensure every watch is handled with care and meets required quality standards.
• Coordinate regarding spare parts, components and technical requirements when necessary.
