Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and dedicated Aluminium Welder with hands-on experience in aluminium welding and fabrication. The candidate should be capable of performing quality welding work, following technical drawings, and ensuring strong, precise, and durable weld joints for industrial equipment manufacturing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform aluminium welding and fabrication as per company requirements.
• Carry out TIG welding and other suitable aluminium welding processes, depending on job requirements.
• Read and understand basic engineering drawings, measurements, and fabrication specifications.
• Ensure proper alignment, fit-up, and finishing of welded components.
• Inspect weld joints for cracks, porosity, defects, and dimensional accuracy.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain welding tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with the production team to complete assigned jobs within deadlines.
• Maintain quality standards and minimize material wastage.
• Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 1 year of hands-on experience in aluminium welding.
• Practical knowledge of aluminium welding techniques, preferably TIG welding.
• Ability to handle aluminium sheets, plates, and fabricated components.
• Knowledge of welding machine settings, filler materials, and heat control.
• Ability to understand basic technical drawings and measurements.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of fabrication and industrial equipment manufacturing will be an advantage.
