Welder / Fitter

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and other metals.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
• Measure, cut, and fit metal components accurately before welding.
• Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
• Operate grinders, gas cutters, and other fabrication tools.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements while working.
• Assist in assembling machine frames, tanks, conveyors, or structures as required.
• Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to meet daily targets.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder / Fabricator (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques.
• Ability to work from engineering drawings and dimensions.
• Basic understanding of welding metallurgy and materials.
• Good physical strength, stamina, and attention to detail.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
