Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and other metals.
- Do Assembly of machine parts and FItter work
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
- Measure, cut, and fit metal components accurately before welding.
- Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
- Operate grinders, gas cutters, and other fabrication tools.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements while working.
- Assist in assembling machine frames, tanks, conveyors, or structures as required.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to meet daily targets.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder / Fabricator / Fitter (minimum 0–3 years preferred).
- Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques.
- Ability to work from engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Basic understanding of welding metallurgy and materials.
- Good physical strength, stamina, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
