3D Designer & Printing

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and technically inclined 3D Designer & 3D Printing Instructor for our 3D printing institute. The candidate should have basic knowledge of 3D modelling software, practical experience or familiarity with operating 3D printers, and a passion for teaching students aged 7 to 20 years.

The role involves teaching students how to create 3D models, prepare designs for printing, operate 3D printers, and turn their creative ideas into real-world objects through hands-on projects and interactive learning sessions.

• Teach students aged 7–20 the fundamentals of 3D design, modelling, and 3D printing.
• Guide students in using 3D design software such as Tinkercad, Fusion 360, Blender, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Operate and demonstrate 3D printers, including loading filament, preparing print jobs, and starting and monitoring prints.
• Teach students the complete 3D printing workflow, from digital design to the final printed object.
• Use slicing software to prepare 3D models for printing and explain basic print settings.
• Troubleshoot common printing issues, such as failed prints, bed adhesion problems, and filament-related issues.
• Perform basic printer maintenance and ensure equipment is used safely.
• Plan and conduct engaging, hands-on projects suitable for different age groups and skill levels.
• Explain technical concepts in a simple, patient, and engaging manner.
• Encourage creativity, design thinking, experimentation, and problem-solving.
• Maintain classroom discipline, equipment safety, and an organized learning environment.
