Job Description
We are looking for a Heat Pump Technician to handle the installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Air Source Heat Pump Water Heaters at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install Air Source Heat Pump Water Heater systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
- Carry out servicing and preventive maintenance of heat pump systems.
- Diagnose and repair heat pump-related issues.
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and control-related problems.
- Check and maintain refrigerant pressure, piping, electrical connections, sensors, pumps, valves, and controllers.
- Attend breakdown/service calls and identify the root cause of issues.
- Perform refrigerant charging and leak checking when required.
- Carry out replacement of faulty components such as compressors, PCBs, sensors, pumps, valves, contactors, etc.
- Ensure proper water circulation, electrical connections, and system performance after installation/service.
- Prepare basic service reports after completing site work.
- Follow safety procedures while working at customer sites.
- Coordinate with the service team and customers for smooth completion of jobs.
