About us

Shiksha Infinity Trust runs Sterling English Residential School, a day and residential school near Yelahanka, Bengaluru, from Pre-Primary to Grade 10. We are building a model school with strong systems and discipline. You will work directly with the Principal and Management.

Role summary

Check notebooks, homework and corrections every day and report gaps clearly to the Vice Principal and Principal.

Key responsibilities

·        Check class notebooks, homework, corrections, dates and neatness for the classes planned each day

·        Check that homework in the diary is given and corrected, and that diaries are updated

·        Write a short daily audit note with class, subject, teacher and gaps found

·        Track repeat gaps and report them to the Vice Principal and Principal

·        Check notebooks against the syllabus pace tracker and flag pending chapters

·        Sample-check staff and student files for the MIS team when asked

·        Be fair and polite with teachers, with facts and proof

Skills required

Careful reading and checking; good English; Excel or Google Sheets basics; clear short report writing; observation skills

Who should apply

·        Honest, fair and detail oriented

·        Comfortable checking work of senior teachers politely

·        Can work independently and meet daily reporting time

·        Willing to work on campus, Monday to Saturday
