What You'll Do:

  • Install and support high-impact tech: Access Control, Time & Attendance, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Smart Workspace solutions, and more across client sites
  • Work on electronic circuits and wiring for secure and connected environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
  • Train end-users and empower them to fully leverage our solutions
  • Be the trusted, friendly point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
  • Contribute invaluable feedback to improve products and services
