Job Description
Accounts & Procurement Executive – Key Responsibilities
- Process PO and Non-PO vendor invoices.
- Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents.
- Post invoices and accounting entries in ERP/SAP/Tally.
- Prepare and process vendor payment requests.
- Handle ACH, bank transfer, cheque, wire and batch payments.
- Maintain and reconcile vendor ledgers.
- Follow up on outstanding vendor payments.
- Resolve invoice, payment and reconciliation discrepancies.
- Verify vendor GST, PAN and bank details.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors.
- Prepare purchase orders and obtain approvals.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely material delivery.
- Verify purchased materials against PO and invoices.
- Maintain purchase and vendor documentation.
- Perform bank and purchase reconciliations.
- Assist in GST and TDS-related accounting activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Support month-end/year-end closing and audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting, procurement and payment policies.
