Job Description

Maintain daily accounting entries for sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, quotations, and credit notes.

Handle GST-related entries, e-invoicing and e-way bills, wherever applicable.

Maintain customer and supplier ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments.

Reconcile bank statements, cash transactions, and account balances.

Assist with GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance in coordination with the accountant or CA.

Maintain purchase records, stock-related entries, and inventory documentation.

Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the internal team regarding billing and payments.

Maintain proper documentation and assist in monthly account closing.

Honest, organized, and willing to take responsibility for assigned work.
